The Wardwell offers several different retirement opportunities in our Neighborhood from independent apartment living to assisted living. The main adjoining buildings, Wardwell Home and Wardwell Gardens offered assistance with the activities of daily living and the Wardwell acts as the landlord for our independent apartments, Wardwell Commons, and the Wardwell Terrace.

All of our homes are located in the one block area. The site is ideal: near downtown, but in a low-traffic, residential neighborhood and within walking distance of the banks, churches, restaurants and stores. The community members are invited to participate in most of the scheduled activities we plan for the assisted living residents.
