  $3,400 to $3,700 per month for rent and services
  
  
• Wardwell Gardens
  Rent: $358 to $877 per month, depending on income
  Services: $2,400 per month

• Wardwell Commons
  $594 per month
  Resident must qualify based on income
  Tenants pay 30% of their monthly income. HUD subsidizes the remainder of the rent.
• Wardwell Terrace
  One Bedroom: $1,100 per month
  Two bedroom: $1,350 per month
• Wardwell Independent Apartments
  $775 per month
  Tenant is responsible for cost of electricity in two-bedroom apartments

Subsidies
Residence in some of the Wardwell Neighborhood properties is subject to income limitations. The properties and their income guidelines are below:

Assisted living

• Wardwell Gardens: Restricted to residents with less than $27,300 of income ($31,200 for two people)

• Wardwell Commons: Restricted to residents with less than $22,750 in income.
