The Wardwell Commons is a 14 unit apartment building that offers subsidized rent through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Residency is offered to elderly applicants aged 62 and older who meet HUD income eligibility guidelines.
The Wardwell Commons' apartments are all one-bedroom units. All units include electricity, heat, water, and sewer utility expenses. Each unit includes a refrigerator and a stove. Tenants are responsible for their own telephone and television service.
The Commons features an elevator, community room, laundry room, and gathering room. Commons tenants receive off-street parking and grounds maintenance services.
