The Wardwell Gardens

is a 30-unit New England style apartment building that offers

assisted living services to elderly residents.

Residents are required to meet annual income guidelines,

as set by Maine Housing.

  Monthly rents are determined by annual income.

 

Our affordable, all-inclusive assisted living fee

covers a complete plan of care.

Assisted living services include 3 meals a day

served in our dining room,

24-hour staffing and assistance, medication administration

and management, social and wellness programs,

laundry services and housekeeping.
