The Wardwell Terrace
is located in our neighborhood on the corner of Middle Street and School Street in Saco.
The Wardwell Terrace features fifteen, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that are market rate rentals.
Each apartment features its own balcony or patio, built-in air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, and stackable washer/dryer hookups.
The Wardwell Terrace has an elevator. Terrace tenants enjoy off-street parking and grounds maintenance. Heat, electricity, water and sewer utilities are included in the monthly rent.
Tenants are responsible for their own telephone, television and internet service.
The Wardwell is a nonsmoking neighborhood.
