The Wardwell Terrace
is located in our neighborhood on the corner of Middle Street and School Street in Saco.
The Wardwell Terrace features fifteen, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that are market rate rentals.
Each apartment features its own balcony or patio, built-in air conditioner, and stackable washer/dryer. The apartments also include a stove and refrigerator.
The Wardwell Terrace has an elevator. Terrace tenants enjoy off-street parking and grounds maintenance. Heat, electricity, water and sewer utilities are included in the monthly rent.
Tenants are responsible for their own telephone and television service.
The Wardwell is a nonsmoking neighborhood.
